Who is Eligible for Assistance?

Each applicant to the Endowment must have a confirmed diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis and be a U.S. resident. Patients and their prescribing physicians must submit a completed program application, and income verification is required. Each application is reviewed against pre-established financial and medical necessity criteria.

What types of persons qualify?

Because the Endowment programs are uniquely designed to meet the needs of the CF population, you may qualify for assistance even if you have been turned down by other assistance programs.
